These terms govern the text message program operated by Rumble Boxing Midtown Doral, 8175 NW 107th Ave, Suite 02, Doral, FL 33178.
When you opt in, we send you text messages about your relationship with our studio: class booking confirmations, class reminders, schedule changes and cancellations, follow-ups about a class you booked or missed, replies from our team, and occasional offers such as our intro class packs or membership promotions.
You opt in by ticking the consent checkboxes on our booking form at rumbledoral.com (one for class-related texts, and a separate optional one for promotional texts), or by giving your mobile number and verbal consent at our front desk. Consent is not a condition of booking a class or purchasing anything.
Message frequency varies — typically a handful of messages around each class you book, plus no more than a few promotional messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We never charge you for messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, call us at (305) 564-3127, or email midtowndoral@rumbleboxinggym.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
